quiet music volume when playing through an auxillary plug?

My Co-workers and I play music from our phones over the stereo system at our workplace. When I plug in my new Turbo, turn my volumes all the way up, the music is still way to quiet. Is there any way to increase the volume to the auxillary jack? Thanks
