My Galaxy S5 is less than one year old. Yesterday it began shutting down after about an hour. Battery is charged and even occurs when plugged into charger. It will not restart or open until I remove the battery, keep it out a few minutes, and then reinsert the battery. It will then start normally. Later the same problem recurs. Later, I installed successfully the newest software update. The problem is unchanged. I also know that the battery is warm after this has occurred. The phone has not be dropped or immersed in water or had other changes. No new software installed that I remember recently.
