Missing voice mail indicator

Droid Turbo has not been displaying icon for voice mail for six weeks.

No option in VM promts.

No online option to enable/disable.

No phome menu to enable/disable/

Is there a Voicemail Icon in your App drawer? Put that on your homescreen or the Favorites bar.

I want to make sure you have access to your voice mail cprimavera! When you call your voicemail are you able to get into it and listen to your current voice mail messages? What happens when you click on the voice mail application on your phone? When did this begin?
