My phone is locked and it won't recognize my fingerprint or code. How do I get it to unlock?
If you've set up the android device manager, you should be able to change the password remotely from your computer.

Then sign in with your Google ID and password. Turn WiFi off if you are indoors. It will locate the phone and allow you to re-lock it with a new phone password.
