Hooking phone up to computer via USB.

I am trying to hook up my phone via USB but it won't connect automatically after the Lollipop update. Where can I go in my settings to change the connection options?

I am trying to transfer all of my picures and files onto my computer and do not have a memory card in my phone at this time.

pull down the notification panel & see what usb options are available.

That doesn't pop up for me so I am not sure what I am supposed to do. I hate this phone after the Lollipop update. Thanks for the suggestion though..

When you plug your device in and scroll the notification bar down, do you see an option that says, "connected as camera?" If you tap this, you can then tap, Media device (MTP), and check mark this option to use this feature.
