Changing phone number on Gusto 3 prepaid phone

Question

Anyone able to help me find out how to do this with the Gusto 3 phone?  Changing the phone number?  I am going to a new area code for business, and find it rediculous to have to pay $15 for the VZ rep to do it.

Can you not change it in My Verizon yourself?
