My wife and I have an S4 and an S4 mini. Neither one of them can maintain a connection to Canadian cellular networks. If I reboot them I can sometimes get a roaming signal but after a few minutes it will disconnect and show no service. I spend half an hour on the phone with Verizon a week ago and they tried everything they could think of with no improvement. What was really strange was that I could make that call without problem but as soon as the call was over the phone lost the network again. This is really a nuisance because we are spending the entire summer in Canada.
