when i turned my phone on every picture and music file is now gone

when I try to restore from my cloud it says I already have it but its nowhere on phone. Nobody has been able to give me an answer!!!

This is not cool speedy007! Let's explore ways to find those precious memories! If you login to your Verizon Cloud on a computer, do you see all your pictures and music files online? Did this issue start after installing/updating any application/software?
