Note 3 continuously fails to update OTA. I tried KIES same result. I tried the boot menu option same result. I have factory reset and tried all three methods same result. NEED HELP!

draher, you've reached the right place for help. Are you redownloading the same applications that you had before after factory resetting it? This may be a memory capacity issue. We recommend that you uninstall a few applications and try to update the software again. Keep us posted.

Same thing happened with my Galaxy Stellar. Update fails on OTA or Kies. Even replaced the phone and the replacement does the same.

If you are trying to get the 4.4.4 update, it is being held up on purpose due to bug fixes.

if you are still on an earlier version than 4.4.2, you can either bring the phone to an AT&T store or Best Buy's Samsung desk for updating.
