There is a crack on my screen and now the touch screen doesn't work. Can I purchase a different phone, not necessarily through Verizon and just switch them out without adding years to my contract?
Yes, you can buy direct from Verizon online or in store for full price, or find a Verizon phone via Swappa.com or another website. Be careful that you get a CDMA BB or Android or Apple and that it is a Verizon approved phone.
