I lost Memopad app when I upgraded to 5.0.0.328. This is a app I love and can't find away to get it back. If anyone knows how could you please let me know.

It's probably just hidden. Go to Applications and open that folder. Press the Menu Key and select Show All.

Also check Options>Applications and see if its there. If not open Desktop Manager and it should be there for download.
