There is no voicemail icon on my screen that lets me know when i have a voicemail, how come?
This exact thing just happened to me on Friday. Turns out Verizon has decided to give us free Visual Voice Mail (you'll find the icon in the Verizon Folder. The basic VVM is free. Would have been nice to have been told about it don't you think?
