When my Z10 was replaced after it totally shut down, my Backup Assistant was replaced with the Verizon Cloud. In VZW's list of supported devices,the only BlackBerry that shows us the Z30! Can I get Backup assistant back?
dinkytree2, I want to make sure that you are able to get all of your contacts back onto the device. I want to clarify, on your Blackberry Z10 do you have the Verizon Cloud on the device? Kevin, yes I do have the VZW Cloud on my Z10. It's not clear how to actually back up my data. Will it back up my contacts and notes, etc?
