viewing text messages online

i need some definite answers... i've been reading posts about this for some time now and i was wondering if an account holder can access text messaging content online for smartphones (blackberrys, androids, etc.) i have heard it is just the number that was texted and the time that the message was sent, but i have also heard that the account holder can access everything including the message content. please, someone who definitely knows the answer to this give me some insight!

Absolutely no one can see the information you have texted unless you are FBI, Government or Police or perhaps a verizon employee. As an account holder and administrator I can only see text date/time stamp and the phone number number and if it was incoming or outgoing. Although you really don't need to worry too much about this because the current web site is so messed up no usage, call detail or anything else is actually being updated.

the definite answer is NO, you can not view the details via My VZW regardless of phone type, only time and dates and numbers

Acutally if the phone you are using is a smart phone there is a website that you can go to and set up your phone with that will send your text messages to your account on their site and you can read the text messages that were sent to your phone. If you are an administrator of your child's smart phone you can set up their texts to be sent to the web. The website is skydeck.com.

Wouldn't the person just be able to uninstall the app on the phone itself? I assume it can't run "secretly". Not much useful there.
