Storm as mass storage device

I know this has been asked many times but I still do not have a solution. I was able to use my Storm as a mass storage device in My Computer. Had my Storm replaced and mass storage does not work any more. All the settings are correct. Is there a third party app. I can get for this. the Pinstick app does not work for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need it for PDFs Excel sheets and Word docs. I have the mini usb reader but it is a real pain to use as I need to chage files many times a day.

Did you remove your media card, assuming you had one, from the old Storm?  Do you have a media card in the new one?  I have to ask since you didn't say.
