My phone was getting stuck and/or having trouble with visual voice mail being unresponsive. I rebooted my phone but now it just has a solid blue light on and doesn't respond to anything. Not even the factory reset procedure.
Sounds like you need to take it to Verizon Corporate. They can try and troubleshoot hopefully and if that doesn't work give you a replacement under the 1 year warranty.
What happens when you plug it in to charge it?
Nothing happens when I plug it in. The battery was at 91% percent when I did the power down, Now the blue light just blinks slowly after I tried a regular start, safe mode, and factory reset. Its been 20 minutes since I did the factory reboot. The little android came up and then it said erasing and now nothing but the blue blinking light.
It sounds like you know what you're doing, but can you tell us how long you held down the volume down and power button?
I didn't actually time it, but probably 7 - 10 seconds. Or at least until the menu came up with the options of how I wanted to restart.
