My phone, a Samsung Note 3 will not respond. It is fully charged, and beeps, but will not turn off or respond to touch. What do I do?
Usually removing the battery and re-inserting it and turning it on will help.
It sure would have been nice to have a reply last night. I finally found a human, but not at your company.
