What's a good app for video conferencing?

Skype perhaps? Does Verizon have an app specific to it's Samsung G4's?

Hangouts.  Some like Skype.  I prefer Hangouts since it is already on most phones and most people are already signed into it anyway with their Google account.  Also good for WiFi Calls as well.  But Skype is a huge name too.
