after lollipop update. i cannot send or receive texts and the phone freezes...cannot receive calls.cannot recieve voice mail..phone shuts down....cannot update or download apps...any help please????!!!???
Two suggestions:
First a low-level cache clear:
Wipe Cache Partition Samsung Galaxy Note 4 | Verizon Wireless
If that doesn't significantly improve things, back up your personal files to a PC and perform a Factory Data Reset.
