Simple question, where can I find the user/operator manual? My Gusto3 came w/2 Frequency Emissions guides and one Activation and Service Guide - which concerned itself w/parts of the phone and payment info. I want to know how to turn off the Nuance command thing and turn off the volumes of some things. I thought I figured it out then the screen froze after I put in my old earphone plug. I tried the "device Manual" address: support.vzw.com/phones and got a blank screen. I need help!!
