can not send multimedia messages from my phone

I have an HTC One M8 with the latest updates and recently reset to factory settings and reapplied my applications.  I can not send group, multimedia texts from the Verizon application

We want you to be able to send pictures jluna2354! Do you get any error message when you send the picture message in a group? Are you able to send a picture message to a single person? Please send yourself a picture message and advise of outcome.
