Why can i not receive mms messages? Tells me to fix my APN Settings?

Verizon APN Settings & Verizon MMS Settings for Android phones
Sorry that doesn't work. There's no option to create a new APN.
I'm not sure if you meant you couldn't find your APN settings or if when you got to APN the option to do it wasn't available. So here is another link on where to find APN settings.
