How do I stop the " VZWAVSService has stopped working" message?

I have a Galaxy Slll when I restart my phone after everything has finished coming on I have a message that comes up that says. /  VZWAVSService has stopped working. /  I have no idea what that is.  Does anyone know what this is and what it does ?????  How do I turn it back on ????

Look at this short video.  It will show you how to possibly stop the error message.  Don't worry if you do not have Google Plus, as the first step should be enough.
