My Samsung S4 will intermittantly stop allowing outgoing and incoming calls. I hear the hookup sound and then nothing. Those I call also get one ring from me on their phones but never connect. If I restart phone it works ok for awhile then starts same problem again. I tried hard reboot and it still does it. I have latest firmware so I cannot improve that. Very frustrating. Location doesn't matter. In home. In car. I turned off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi and it still won't connect when acting up. Texting and emails not affected. Anybody else have this problem and resolved it?
