My phone keeps dropping from 4G/3G to 1X as soon as the calls get connected. I've reset my phone, took the battery out, even tried calling customer service and they couldn't hear me...What do i do

Phones are a necessity now a days so we definitely want to get this fixed. When did the issue start? What zip code are you in? Are you experiencing difficulties with others hearing you in every call you're on or does it only happen with certain contacts? Please share more details so we can better assist.
