wrong time

Phone was showing 4:15am - actual time 5:15am. My alarm never went off at 4:45am. When I got home from work, phone showed 3:15pm - actual time 4:15pm.

DST software glitch? Network time error? Phone was correct while I was at work. Wrong at home - (zip code 48329)

Perhaps you can try to manually set the time instead of automatic in Settings - Time and Date.  Also, try popping out the SIM, power down, reinsert SIM, turn phone back on.
