Active new sim card

I went Korea for my summer vacation for three month and i use other korean sim card in there. Then i came back to us but i lost my original sim card. So, i went to the store and got a new simcard. After i came back to my house i contacted with costumer service and it said my phone is roaming. How can i use my phone again?

Zip code is 98004. Power cycle means turn it on and off?

Power cycle = reboot = turn off and then on.

Aeeun, we appreciate the information. Let's continue to work on getting you back connected. So just checking on your status, are you still having issues with the device? Were you able to power the phone off/on? Since this issue has been happening, what steps were tried to get this going ?(want to make sure we don’t repeat the same ones if we don’t have to)
