Go to app manager and scroll to Google Play and uninstall updates and delete data and clear cache. Then reboot, go back to the Play Store app and let it auto-update. If you cant get to that screen cause of the pop up, Samsung Galaxy S 5 | Verizon Wireless try that safe mode procedure.
