New Update Issues

Hey VZWSupport,

I did restart my phone after the update and I have messed with all of the

settings and the vibration for my alarm and messages still do not work. Is

there going to be a new update to fix these issues?

After update last week the phone became unstable, started seeing service related errors "service has stopped" or similar message.  I did factory reset put email and apps back on phone.

A couple of critical/serious bugs:

1. Alarms notification pop up screen works but the alarm does not make any sound.
2. After setting up Exchange a several days later some of the corp emails I receive no longer show the message content, just the following word in the email body 'nul'.  However the email body has much more content but it's no longer displaying.  So some messages work, others do not.
