My phone is stuck on the unlock screen- the screen with the little lock in a circle. It won't swipe and also will not turn off. it's not receiving any incoming calls or texts either. Any ideas?
Reboot by holding the power and volume buttons down for 10-15 sec, or until it reboots I believe.
