The subject says most of it. My biggest concern is the WiFi connectivity problem. For me, my phone seems unable to stay connected with my home network after the Lollipop upgrade. Nothing changed on the router end of things. A cynic might suggest that Verizon does not care about this problem since it will lead to increased data usage and more revenue if there are overages.
