Every other time I push a button on my phone a app open that I don't even have ? Went to verizon store and they changed setting still having same problem .. can it be fixed ?

We know that pop-ups can be very annoying. We want to help get this fixed. What make/model device do you have? Whe did the issue start? What is the name of some the applications that pop-up?

Samsung Galaxy 6 and it's mostly Pandora and a few other from Facebook and
one that's telling me I need to download a antiviral app some days it's
real bad. It's seems to be coming from the play store but not sure . It's
been going on for a couple months it started about a week after I traded my
note 3 in for this phone . I took it to a verizon store last week and he
changed some settings but no help at all .

Thanks for additional details. We know applications that just appear without permission is not good. Sorry to hear the settings change in the VZW store did not help. Lets dig a little deeper. Lets have you place the device in Safe Mode to see if the issue still occurs for a couple of hours. Safe Mode deactivates 3rd party applications, and allows us to see if this issue was download via an app. Click here for the instructions to place the device in Safe Mode http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-152448/ . OK that seemed to work so now what is the best way to eliminate the 3rd
party apps that is causing the problem ? I really appreciate the help !
