Does any one else have this problem? One discussion said the people they talked to got the echo but in this case I am calling and I hear myself loud and clear!!

So far it has happened on all calls. Not as bad today but still there. You said zip code did you mean area code. I made a call to Florida Sunday and didn't have any problems but that is the only call out of my area code but several out of zip code and did have the problem. I tried turning it off to let things reset but that didn't work. Haven't tried the speaker phone but mine isn't very loud and I have a hearing problem so don't use it much.

Where is the 5.1.1 update? I don't believe no one at Verizon knows!!
Has this issue been resolved yet because I'm having the same issue. It seems like it takes Verizon Reps so long to reply that people just give up and don't provide a response when prompted.
My zip is 76048. Most calls are to my husband and he can't hear it but his phone sometimes does the same. Verizon has the automatic updates but this has happened off and on ever since I have had the phone it just isn't all of the time.
