pattern lock screen maxed out at 10 tries... don't know passcode, how can I find passcode, I have 1 more attempt before factory reset auto happens

We're defintely sorry to hear that this has happened to your phone, but certainly want to help any way that we can. Unfortunately if the passcode is unknown the reset may be the only way to regain access to your device. If you have set up Android Device Manager with your phone prior to being locked out, you may be able to use that to reset the passcode. However, if this is not available the reset would be the next step. You can try to log into Android Device Manager using your Gmail account here http://spr.ly/6585B8QTV.
