my phone shuts off, even when I am using it. Is there an answer?
Patoc, that's definitely not something you want to have to deal with on your phone. Lets see what's going on. When did this start happening? Has the phone had any physical damage or liquid exposure? Do you see any errors or obvious problems prior to it shutting off? I have only had this ph. Since July.It started doing this when I first got it. I thought it was a one time thing,but it still does it.It is so annoying Just yesterday I was on a call,and it just shut off.Can you help?
