sms won't send to everyone...but multimedia message will?

Ok so, I sms text my mom...she doesn't get it..I sms text my girlfriend...she gets it...I sms text my boss he gets nothing...unless I convert the message into multimedia via: "add slide" had this issue for like 2 months now....note 4..checked alllll the settings...wtf...

Every text to him (and many he others) until I change to mms...he has some LG something or rather, but that doesn't matter because my mom has the old school flip phone and she doesn't get sms from me either.

And I've tried multiple messaging apps ie; message+ regular message is my main text platform
