I have a Moto X 2nd Gen and I am not being notified if I have a voicemail. This morning was the first time I was notified that my voicemail box was full. Do I need to go into Verizon to fix this or is this something I can fix myself?

Yikes, I am sorry to hear your phone isn't notifying you when you receive a voicemail message notifications. Are you getting other notifications? What's your zip code?
