Good morning! my galaxy s5 won't let me send messages. It took me offline and I can't reconnect. Help!
Then you'll need to talk to him. My guess is you've been blocked from using it for one reason or another by him.
It took you offline, meaning Wi-Fi?
Make sure your cellular data is turned on:
settings>more networks>mobile networks>mobile data (make sure it's selected)
It says my messaging has been suspended. How do I reactivate it?
Are you on your parents plan?
Mobile data is on. Thanks.
Yes... my dad's phone is the main number
Angelyttaa, oh, no! We're stepping in to help. Are you connected to Wi-Fi in Settings>Wi-Fi>Enable ON with green check? Is Airplane Mode OFF in Settings?
Try disabling Wi-Fi, turn off Airplane Mode and power your device off/on. Send a test text message and keep us posted.

My question was incorrect. Sorry. The message I'm getting is that my mobile messaging has been suspended. I went my Verizon account and can't figure out how to reactivate it.
Only the account owner can do that. You can not make changes to your service.
I'm an authorized user. But I will try going in through the main account. Thanks.
Angelytta, let's get you back up and running. Is your line set up on Family Base? The Family Base feature allows the account owner or manager to assign wireless usage allowances to your line. Perhaps, you've reached your limit at this time. For more information regarding the Family Base feature, click the link below:
