NFL Mobile App - does not fully open and immediately closes. What is the problem?

My phone is a Galaxy S4

Last Software update was 8/20/2015

I have uninstalled and reinstalled NFL mobile updates

I have restarted my phone

NFL Mobile works just fine on my business S6 setting right next to the S4

I'm sorry your NFL mobile app is not working properly on your Galaxy S4. Are you having issues with any other apps? Problematic apps can cause functionality issues with your phone.
