Looking for some advice here regarding updating the operating system on my note 4. I started the process just be fore 4 am and it is still not complete. The little blue bar s not even a quarter of the way across. I have read you do not want to take the battery out or anything but it has been about 5 hours. Something must have gone wrong. Any advice?
