Not all calls are not logged under recent calls. It doesn't matter what setting I choose, All Calls, Missed Calls, Dialed Calls, Received Calls, etc. They ALL logged under Recent Calls prior to the software update that I did not authorize.

We always want for your phone to operate like it should & we're here to help. I know personally when there are changes to my phone, it throws me off at times. Let's work together to uncover what is happening. From what you are descirbing, the issue is that not all calls that come to your phone are showing up in the call history/log on your phone. Is this correct? What make and model phone do you have? How long has this been happening?
