After latest update, screen keeps going black randomly while trying to view/close/reply text messages. I can only shut down & power back up, is there a fix?
Is there a way to uninstall latest update? It has been nothing but trouble!
Updates are meant to improve your experience, thennessy. Let's make sure your phone is working properly. What device do you have? Once an update has been installed, a previous version can not be reinstalled.

I have a Motorola Turbo 32gb. I was on the phone with a tech for nearly an hour after posting this question. We ended up doing a factory reset which always sucks, but seemed to fix the issue.
After I went through and fixed all my settings again, the problem came back and I finally figured out that an app I was using for texting was the problem as I had the screen go blank literally right after I fixed those settings.
So had the person helping me thought to inquire about my texting apps I could have just uninstalled that app and not have to do a factory reset and have everything wiped off my phone.
So yay for not having the issue anymore, but boo for the tech not trying to figure out more before jumping to an unnecessary factory restart.
