I accidentally deleted the Google Play Store APP on my Phone while setting it up and need to know howto get it back on Phone.

You can't delete it. You may have just disabled it.
Go into settings
Application manager
Swipe to disabled
Tap on the play store
Tap on enable
Thank you very much for your help and instructions. I followed your
instructions and got Google Play Store enabled and have downloaded
Truecaller APP.
