how can i delete the incoming and outgoing text messages online and the phone calls too

You can't delete them or stop them from showing up on the website. The only thing you can do to really hide the numbers is change the number to a nickname. While viewing your usage details you can click on the number and enter in a name instead. Get creative with the names maybe?
