My Samsung s6 edge has a problem when people call I don't get it then the volume is very low even when turned up high I had my daughter call me (sitting next to me) and my phone wouldn't ring but it did ring 15sec after she hung up what is the proble

My Samsung s6 edge doesn't ring on time it would ring 10sec.after that person hangs up and volume is low even though it's up high can someone help me

This isn't how we want your device to act, Trouble1969. Let's see how we can get your device back on track. If you haven't already done so, please restart your device in Safe Mode to disable any third party apps and see if this is where the problem is orginating. To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Power your device off.

2. Press and hold the Power button.

3. Release the Power button and hold the Volume Down button once the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge logo appears.

4. Continue to hold the Volume Down button until the device finishes restarting.

5. When you see Safe Mode in the lower left corner of the screen, release the Volume Down button.

After following these steps, please have a friend or family member test a call and see if the same issue occurs. If it does, we can assume that a recently installed third party app is the cause; if this does not help please restart your device normally to return the device to it's normal settings, let us know and we can continue to trouble shoot.
