power led light is on but screen is blank, I tried to soft reset but to no avail nothing, options don't come up to select home key to start in safe mode.
Oh no! A blank screen is never a good thing radragna. Let’s bring your phone back to life. Have you tried restarting the phone while plugged into your charger? While plugged in, can you try pressing and holding both the power key and volume down keys together for about 30 seconds? This simulates a battery pull. Please keep us posted.
