My phone does not recognize my Bluetooth when I'm in my car. It says "no devices are found". Please help.
Here's what I found. Basically Verizon tech support is worthless.
My S6 was paired with my 2014 Ram and a Jabra headset. All of a sudden after a few weeks they dropped calls for no reason. The phone was actually still in the call but I could not communicate even after I tapped the bluetooth in the call.
After what felt like pulling teeth they sent me a new phone. Low and behold the new phone does the exact same thing. Then I did some research.
I went into settings/applications/application manager then slid over to ALL applications. Went into bluetooth and hit CLEAR DATA.
Then it's just a matter of time before it starts doing the same crap again. Verizon is terrible as well as Samsung. I wish I would've got an iphone.
I don't know if this will fix your problem. Try to restart the phone while you're searching for it.
