I accidently locked my phone. I cannot unlock the homescreen. How do I reset this without going back to the factory default?
Larylary, thak you so much for reaching out today. I have locked myself out of my phone one to many times. Does it give you the option to log into your Gmail account? That option should come up after to many attemps with the other password. If not, then the only way to unlock the device would be to perform a factory reset.
