Cant surf net during call or send/recieve pics. Is this not possible with this phone? When I recieve call, the 4GLTE turns to 1X?
Tried updating advanced call options but getting error message that says having issues activating, to try again later?
You can activate the feature on your account in My Verizon, or Live Chat, or over the phone, and also in-store.
