I have had problems with my phone since the Lollipop update. Some of them have gone away but this morning, it started acting up again. The phone will not ring and when I try to call someone, they can hear me, but I can not hear them. I installed the newest patch and nothing has changed. I have also cleared the cache partition and done a factory reset. How can I get my phone to work?
